POLICY STATEMENT
The Agathon UAF Enrollment Agreement is written to ensure the highest degree of transparency to maximize Learner benefit and protections, and to ensure that Agathon UAF’s consumer practices are consistent with those required by s. 1005.04, F.S.
The Agreement
By enrolling in any course at AgathonUAF, the Learner agrees that (1) they have read each of the statements below on Agathon UAF’s (a) Institutional Mission and purpose, (b) Educational Programs and Curricula, (c) Description of Physical Facilities, (d) Status of Licensure, (e) Refund and Withdrawal Policy, and (f) Transferability of Credit to Other Institutions, and (2) the Learner agrees to abide by all published policies of Agathon UAF, and (3) the Learner agrees to meet all financial obligations to Agathon UAF, and (4) the Learner acknowledges that if they fail to fulfill any of the above they may be withdrawn from any and all courses and academic programs with Agathon UAF..

Description of Physical Facilities
Before completing your enrollment, please be aware that Agathon UAF offers 100% online education. While some of Agathon UAF’s courses may be offered in a live conference format at various locations, Agathon UAF does not offer traditional campus resources (like on-campus living, for example) all Agathon UAF resources for Learners are in the online environment using online tools such as AgathonEDU’s ELUX, Microsoft 365, VyrsityTV, and the Agathon Research Library.

Expected Graduation Date
The expected graduation date is calculated by adding the chosen program’s duration to the date of enrollment.
