POLICY STATEMENT

Withdrawal

Learner withdrawal from a course during the first six weeks after regisration will be recorded as “Withdraw Passing,” noted as WP on the transcript, if the learner has a passing grade at the time of withdrawal, or “Withdraw Failing,” and noted by WF if the learner has a failing grade at the time of withdrawal, unless exception is made by faculty action.

Refunds

Agathon UAF is committed to the highest level of service for its learners. All tuition paid is fully refundable for withdrawing learners up to 90 days of start of the course or until the course has been completed (a minimum of 4 weeks), whichever occurs first. After 90 days or at the completion of the course, tuition paid is non-refundable.

Military Tuition and Refunds

Any learner who is a deployed national guard member or US military reservist or the spouse of such a deployed service member with a dependent child, may at any time request and receive a full refund of tuition.

Any learner who is a deployed national guard member or US military reservist or the spouse of such a deployed service member with a dependent child, may at any time make arrangements with faculty for course grades or for incomplete (I) status in order to complete remaining work at a later date. If such arrangements are made the learner’s registration shall remain intact and tuition shall be assessed for the courses in full.

For deployed millitary personnel, any course for which arrangements cannot be made for grades or incomplete status shall be considered dropped and the tuition and fees for the course refunded.
